The Needham Town Common project was a collaboration between the Town of Needham and MJ Cataldo. 

Edward Olsen, Superintendent of Parks and Forestry for the Town of Needham, began drawing plans for the new town common. Originally specifying exposed aggregate paving, the Town of Needham and MJ Cataldo Inc. decided that wasn’t the best option for this project.

The decision made was to use our Andover Collection Smooth with Color 4D Technology and Boston Colonial Pavers to integrate the look from a previous project and Portsmouth Cobble in graphite as an accent band.  

The completed design is a focal point for the Town of Needham and is used by locals every day.
