This oceanfront property was expertly transformed from an old cottage into a quintessential New England home by Chestnut Grove Design. The designers paid close attention to detail, ensuring a seamless flow between the interior and the outdoor living spaces.

After consulting with their clients, the Chestnut Grove team selected Ideal’s Andover Collection for use throughout the property. This included a heated permeable paver driveway that melts snow and ice in winter, providing a warm welcome to the owners. Additional Andover Collection pavers were chosen for the front walkway, leading elegantly to the stunning backyard. In the upper terrace of the backyard, there is a comfortable seating area and a dining space that flows down to an outdoor kitchen and a gas fire pit, all boasting spectacular ocean views.
